Teresa qualified in 2003 with a BSc (hons) in Physiotherapy from the University of Liverpool. She also holds an Msc in Trauma and Orthopaedics from the University of Salford (2013).
Teresa has been working in private practice for 10 years alongside NHS experience for over 14 years. She is experienced in treating all musculoskeletal conditions including spinal pain, whiplash and sports injuries. She practices acupuncture and is a member of the AACP for treating a variety of pain related musculoskeletal conditions. She has a special interest in treating spinal conditions, jaw/ tempromandibular joint (TMJ) problems and vestibular dizziness such as Benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV), vestibular neuritis and cervical dizziness. Teresa is qualified in APPI Pilates with experience in treating classes and 1:1 training sessions. Teresa has extensive experience in treating performers, particularly musicians and is BAPAM registered. When Teresa is not working she is a keen cyclist, runner and mother to 2 young energetic boys
Cat Qualified from the University of East London in 2003 with a BSc (hons) in Physiotherapy and in 2008 went on to Manchester Metropolitan University to gain her MSc in Science and Sports Injury.
Cat has specialised in musculoskeletal physiotherapy for the past 11 years and has a special interest in treating shoulders, spines and rehabilitation of lower limb injuries. She also practices musculoskeletal acupuncture. She has worked in the NHS, private sector and in elite sport. Cat started her sporting career in academy football and university sport, and over the last few years has traveled with teams to international tournaments providing physiotherapy for individuals and teams. This has included sports such as football, netball, futsal, badminton, hockey and swimming in both women's and men's sports.
Cat is currently part of a national study looking at better outcomes for older people with spinal trouble (BOOST) in conjunction with the University of Oxford.
Cat enjoys going to the gym and going on holidays with her young family.
Helen qualified with a BSc(Hons) in Physiotherapy from Manchester Metropolitan University and also holds a Level 3 Diploma in Sports Massage (VTCT). Helen has a keen interest in Musculoskeletal physiotherapy, exercise therapy and sports massage/manual therapy. Helen started her sporting career in gymnastics and trampolining and dancing, competing for the north of England at a young age. Helen has provided first aid, sports massage and physiotherapy advice at a number of sporting and charity events such as the Tour of Tameside, Soccer aid in 2017 and BBC Sport Relief 2017 & 2018. Helen enjoys fitness and weight training, holidays and day trips with friends
Sports Massage Therapist
Josh qualified from the University of Manchester in 2015 with a BSc (hons) in Cognitive Neuroscience and Psychology, and is currently a ITEC fully qualified Sports Massage therapist. Josh provides treatments that work deep into the muscles and surrounding soft tissue to relieve aches, pains or strains. Josh is a keen footballer who has played at an amateur level since 10 years old.
