I have been seeing Cat for rehabilitation following patella realignment surgery. She is very professional and incredibly knowledgeable. Cat has tailored my program to ensure it stays interesting and also ensures I am comfortable with the exercises I do and alters things where necessary so its not painful. She also treated me before for muscle pain in my back and shoulders. I cant recommend her highly enough.
